REWARD CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Harbro Reward Card is only available to those aged 18 or over.

The Harbro Reward Card is operated by Harbro Limited (“Harbro”). Harbro is a limited liability company registered in Scotland, company no: SC230773 and having its registered office at Markethill Road, Turriff, Aberdeenshire, AB53 4PA.

Harbro can cancel, withdraw or alter the scheme, including these terms and conditions or any individual Harbro Reward card at any time.

All Harbro Reward Scheme cards belong to Harbro.

Harbro can take any action it considers appropriate, including removing or suspending a Harbro Reward Card and points accrued if we have reason to believe you are abusing the scheme.

On Farm / Account customers can gain points ONLY on physical goods bought instore at full retail price.

Reward Scheme membership is not available for Harbro employees

 

DATA PROTECTION

Harbro is committed to protecting your privacy.  We will always keep your personal information safe and will never sell it to third parties. Harbro will contact you from time to time with relevant information about the Harbro Reward Scheme, and if you have agreed we can do so we may send you relevant marketing and advertising information in the future.  Please refer to our Privacy Policy (available at www.harbro.co.uk or by contacting reward@harbro.co.uk) for full details of how any personal information we collect about you, or that you provide us, will be processed by us.

 

COLLECTING HARBRO REWARD CARD POINTS

The standard number of points you will collect is ONE Harbro Reward Point for every £1 you spend on qualifying purchases.

Points can only be collected on final purchase price excluding VAT.

Points cannot be collected on the following purchases:  animal health purchases, gift cards, items for on-farm delivery.

Points cannot be collected on purchases which have been made (in part or full) by existing points.

Points collected will expire after a period of 2 years if not spent.

 

SPENDING HARBRO REWARD CARD POINTS

One point is worth one penny to spend on products in store. We will not exchange points for cash and the offer is non-transferable.

You can make a part payment of points towards a product.

Harbro reserves the right to ask for identification when spending points.

Harbro reserve the right to substitute or remove products available for reward points collection and redemption without notice.

Points cannot be used to clear account balances.

Points cannot be used to purchase gift cards or animal health products.

 

RETURNING GOODS BOUGHT WITH POINTS

If you return a product bought with reward points for a refund, we will deduct the number of points collected from your reward points balance.

If a product you buy with rewards points is faulty, please return it to the store.  If necessary, we will credit your account with the right number of points.

No cash refund will be given in these circumstances.

 

POINTS BALANCE

Present your card at till point, and a member of our team will be able to confirm how many points you have attached to your account.

Points will be added at the time of transaction, but may not show up on your account balance for 24 hours.

The maximum number of points that can be accrued is 10,000. At this time, the customer will be contacted and unable to accrue any more points until these are redeemed.

 

Scheme membership

Customers can choose to leave the Harbro Reward Card at any time. If you wish to leave the scheme please email reward@harbro.co.uk. By leaving, you will forfeit the right to any points or vouchers already accrued or issued.

Customers who do not collect any points for two years will be removed from the Harbro Reward Card and Harbro will remove the points accrued on such accounts.

Customers are responsible for keeping their information up to date. Harbro will not be held responsible for any non-communication due to incorrect / out of date customer details.  To notify us of any updates please contact reward@harbro.co.uk
